Aidan Jeffrey
Associate
Kanien’keha:ka of Kanehsatà:ke Mohawk Nation and Scottish, is an associate at Clarke Child & Family Law. He earned an LLB and BA in Indigenous Studies from Trent University and Swansea University’s dual degree law and arts program. Aidan completed his articles with Queens Legal Aid and the Kingston Native Centre and Language Nest starting an Indigenous Legal Centre. He was called to the bar in March of 2026. Aidan has experience working with First Nations in finance through his six summer internships with TD Banks Indigenous Trust Services team, TD Asset Management and TD Insurance.
Outside of work Aidan likes to stay active and get involved in community initiatives. He plays lacrosse and coaches a youth team. Aidan has volunteered with the Toronto Police Walkabout Program, Money Matters, and the Kewaywin Circle. Whether it’s distributing food, teaching financial literacy or mentoring the next generation, Aidan deeply believes in giving back and building stronger healthier communities.
