Brianna Rowe

Brianna is a member of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and an associate at Clarke Child & Family Law. She received her JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2024. 

Brianna spent her second year summer and her articles with the Ontario government in the Office of the Children’s Lawyer. There, she aided in an intervention at the Supreme Court of Canada and focused on projects relating to the representation of Indigenous children in child protection proceedings. She was able to represent the interests of children in front of the Ontario Court of Justice. 

Previously, Brianna served on the Mississaugas of the Credit Lifelong Learning Board, aiding in the formation of the Board and the development of their Terms of Reference. She also served on appeal boards, helping students in her home community to combat barriers to post-secondary education.

In her spare time, Brianna enjoys trivia nights with her friends, trying out new recipes, and chasing after her cat.
