Hayley Abma
Associate
Hayley is an associate at Clarke Child & Family Law. Hayley earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Queen’s University in 2023. She took a particular interest in family law, specifically child protection. Hayley summered at Justice for Children and Youth, aiding youths in a variety of criminal, family and child protection matters, solidifying her interest in advocating for youths. Hayley articled at the Office of the Children’s Lawyer after completing law school. She was able to represent the interests of children in front of the Ontario Court of Justice.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family and friends trying new restaurants in Toronto. Hayley is the Chair of the Governance Committee for Woodgreen’s Young Leaders Council, empowering future leaders to effect social change and build awareness of the critical role social services play in Toronto.
