Mamiza Basharat

Legal Assistant

Mamiza Basharat is a legal assistant who began her position at the firm in October 2024. She started her career in real estate and corporate law, gaining experience in real estate transactions, corporate agreements, and wills and estates. Passionate about social justice, she chose to focus her career on family law through Clake Child and Family Law.

Mamiza completed her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies at the University of Waterloo. She is driven by a desire to work with vulnerable populations to achieve justice and equity for all.

In her free time, Mamiza enjoys hiking with her friendly and energetic 8-year-old Shih Tzu. She also loves going on road trips and has a great appreciation for music.
